Imperial College Anime Society is delighted to welcome renowned Japanese voice actress and singer Mimori Suzuko (三森すずこ) for the second talk in our “ICAS Meets” series. She will share insights into her career and the anime voice acting world.

Her notable roles include Sonoda Umi (Love Live!), Kagura Hikari (Revue Starlight), Sherlock Shellingford (Tantei Opera Milky Holmes), Sangonomiya Kokomi (Genshin Impact), Tougou Mimori (Yuuki Yuuna is a Hero) and Fartooth (Arknights). She is also an accomplished solo singer who has toured and performed at major venues such as the Budokan.

We invite our members and the wider public to join us in learning more about the animation industry and her career.

Pre-Registration for ticket holders

Pre-registration is highly recommended. Complete the form after buying your ticket to receive a QR code for faster check-in on the day. Ticket holders with valid pre-registration are more likely to be allocated seats closer to the front of their seating block.

After buying your ticket, please complete this pre-registration form before the event date.
ICAS members only need to complete the form if requesting seats together.

Requesting seats together
If you would like to sit with another ticket holder, you must:

  • Hold tickets of the same tier.
  • Each complete the pre-registration form.
  • Each enter the other person's name in the form.

We will do our best to seat you together, but cannot guarantee this. Requesting seats together does not give you any additional priority for preferred seat locations.

Fan letters and gifts

Please place fan letters in the designated box at the ticket desk.

What we can accept

Fan letters only. The one exception is flower arrangements with advance written approval.

  • We can only accept letters addressed to the guest.
  • A fan-letter box will be at the ticket desk on the event day. Please put your letters in this box rather than handing letters, gifts or flowers directly to the guest.
  • We cannot accept other gifts, including food, drink, soft toys and other physical presents, or flowers without advance written approval. Anything other than letters left in the box cannot be passed on to the guest. The only exception is approved flower arrangements, which follow the flower arrangement rules below.
  • For safety and security, staff may open and check letters before passing them to the guest. Please do not enclose cash, cheques, gift cards or anything else of monetary value, food or drink, electronic devices, sharp or dangerous items, or other items the organisers consider unsuitable or unsafe.
  • We may hold back any letter that is inappropriate, abusive, threatening or otherwise unsuitable for the guest. Letters that pass these checks will be given to the guest by the staff. We are unable to confirm individual deliveries or answer any enquiries about specific letters.

Event Rules

To keep the event safe and enjoyable for everyone, please follow the rules below.

01

Admission, seating and movement

  • All seats are allocated for this event. Please use your assigned seat and remain seated during the event unless otherwise instructed by staff. Jumping and climbing on seats are not allowed. Please do not change seats without permission from staff.
  • Do not leave your assigned seat to gather, cheer or watch from an aisle or corridor unless directed by staff. Doing so without permission will result in removal from the event. This does not restrict necessary movement as described below.
  • You may leave your seat when you need to for any reasonable reasons, for example to use the toilet, ask for help, leave the venue, evacuation or for access or medical reasons. Please follow staff guidance where possible, and do not delay urgent help or an evacuation.
  • If you arrive late or need to re-enter during the event, please follow staff instructions. You may be asked to wait until a suitable break. Please wait where directed and do not enter the lecture theatre on your own.
  • Please keep aisles, corridors, doorways and emergency exits clear at all times, and do not approach the stage area, staff-only or other restricted areas.
02

Personal photography and recording

  • Personal photography, video recording, audio recording and live streaming are strictly prohibited from the guest's entrance until after the guest has left. The prohibition also applies throughout any special farewell session and any further guest appearance. This includes any photography or recording apparatus, such as cameras and mobile phones.
  • Please do not photograph, film or record guests at any time, including before and after the event and while they are arriving at or leaving the venue.
  • Before the guest first enters the lecture theatre, and after the event has ended and the guest has left, you are welcome to take personal photos of the room, yourself and companions who have agreed to be photographed. Please make sure no guest is in the shot, other attendees are not disturbed and aisles and exits stay clear.
  • Anyone found taking photos or recordings in breach of these rules will be asked to leave the event immediately and to delete the material from their device. Please also respect other attendees' privacy and ask for their permission before photographing them or sharing identifiable photographs of them.
03

Penlights and cheering items

  • Standard shop-bought glowsticks and penlights are welcome. Homemade, modified, linked or unusually bright lights, laser pointers and lights of 30 cm or longer (including the handle) are not permitted.
  • Please keep cheering items within your own seat space and at chest height or below, so they do not block anyone's view or touch others. Please hold no more than three lights in each hand.
  • Disturbing actions such as throwing glowsticks, holding them in your mouth, swinging them forcefully, repeatedly flashing them or continuously spinning them overhead are prohibited.
  • Fans, message boards and soft toys are welcome as long as they fit within your seat space and stay at chest height or below. Oversized items, flags, banners, whistles, musical instruments and other noisemakers are not permitted.
04

Respect for guests and others

  • Harassment, discrimination, threats, abusive behaviour and unwanted physical contact towards guests, attendees or staff will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to immediately remove and ban any audience members carrying out such behaviours from the event.
  • Please do not shout repeatedly, interrupt speakers or make offensive or intrusive requests.
  • Please silence mobile phones, alarms and other devices. Keep screens dim and avoid distracting use during the event, unless it is for essential medical or accessibility needs.
  • Running, pushing, moshing, crowd surfing, lifting others and rushing towards the stage are prohibited. Please avoid any behaviour that could injure others or disrupt the event.
  • Do not follow, intercept or wait for guests at entrances, exits, backstage access points or transport areas. Please follow the rules for fan letters, gifts and flower arrangements below and do not hand letters, gifts or flowers directly to guests. Any violations will result in removal from the event, and you will not be allowed back in.

  • Please look after your personal belongings and report any loss or damage to staff promptly.
  • There is no strict dress code for this event. However, excessively revealing or otherwise inappropriate clothing is not permitted.
  • Cosplay is welcome. However, oversized props are not permitted. All clothing, costumes, and accessories must fit within the allocated seating space without encroaching on adjacent seats or obstructing aisles and access routes. Attendees are responsible for ensuring that their costumes, props, and accessories comply with applicable copyright laws and other legal requirements. The organisers accept no responsibility for any infringements or violations.
06

Official photography and filming

  • Our event photographers and videographers may film and photograph during the event, including the audience. You may appear in photos or footage used for our records, on social media and in other promotion of the event.
  • If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed during the event, please speak to staff when you arrive. We will do our best to help, which may mean offering you a different seat. We cannot guarantee that you will not appear in the background or in wide shots. If you have any concerns about a published image, please contact the organisers. This does not affect your data protection rights.
  • Before any planned group photo, we will let the audience know and allow time for anyone who does not wish to be included to move out of the shot. Please follow staff guidance and keep aisles and exits clear.
07

Assistance, access and emergency procedures

  • If you require access or assisstance, please contact us before buying tickets (see Accessibility and Special Assistance below). If a need arises or changes after booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Mobility aids and essential medical equipment do not count as bulky luggage.
  • If you feel unwell, experience harassment or notice a safety concern, please tell a member of staff straight away.

08

Staff instructions and enforcement

  • Please follow reasonable instructions from the staff. Our staff may ask you to stop using or put away any item that is unsafe or bothering others during the event.
  • Taking photographs or recording in breach of these rules, leaving your seat to gather, cheer or watch from an aisle or corridor without staff permission, or any abusive behaviour will result in removal without warning.

Accessibility and Special Assistance

We welcome attendees with access requirements and will work with you to arrange reasonable adjustments.

Please contact us before buying tickets

We hold a limited number of dedicated access tickets for attendees who need accessibility arrangements or special assistance. These are arranged individually with the organisers rather than through the general sale. Please email animesoc@imperial.ac.uk before booking so we can talk through your needs and advise you on the right ticket.

  • Please just tell us what practical support or adjustments you need, for example wheelchair access or suitable seating, support from a companion, or help with entry or evacuation. Please do not send details of your medical history, diagnoses, medical records or other medical evidence.
  • We will talk through suitable seating and practical arrangements with you in advance. As the venue is still to be confirmed, we will confirm the facilities and agreed support with you directly before you book.
  • Mobility aids, essential medical equipment, medication and medically necessary food or drink are all permitted. Please let us know about them in advance where possible.
  • If your needs arise or change after booking, please contact us as soon as possible. If you need help or feel unwell on the day, please speak to any member of staff.
